Why the Rapture Will?

By Jim Williams, Founder of the Rapture Will

I have been seriously thinking about this for quite some time now.  Since the Rapture and the tumultuous end times that will follow are the only remaining unfulfilled prophesies of the Bible,  we appear to be closer than ever to the Rapture of the believers.

Thankfully, I have tremendous faith that my immediate family and I are all Rapture Ready.  As such, after the Rapture, we won’t have a need for anything earthly, or give another thought to what we have left here.

For the here and now, though, I do think about our dearly loved relatives and friends who don’t follow Christ and certainly don’t accept that He is likely coming soon. It is highly probable they will be left here on earth… Left Behind.

That realization sparked the questions of what will be done with our earthly belongings and Tigger? We don't want all that we have worked for throughout our careers to wind up in the hands of the government.  We want our loved ones remaining to receive, enjoy, care for, and close out what we have left behind.  My wife, Judy, and I have all that covered in our traditional Last Wills and Testaments to be enacted following our mortal

deaths.  But, those wills involve different beneficiaries and executors from the ones included in our Rapture Wills. Most of those named in our Last Wills & Testaments would be gone, too, "in the twinkling of an eye," leaving no one who would have a clue about how to handle the provisions of those wills.

I believe God gave me the perfect plan for what to do, and that's the Rapture Will. This type of will can allow Christians to search out family members and friends with differing faith  beliefs and name them our beneficiaries. We would much prefer that these loved ones, not the government or other strangers, claim our estates and enjoy their inheritances for the short, post-rapture season that will turn really ugly about three and one half years following the Rapture.

In the revealing of this Rapture Will to our beneficiaries, maybe, just maybe, when they realize how serious we are about our faith and the Rapture, they will want to know more about what this is all about.  Our fervent prayer is that

they will each choose to accept Christ as their personal savior and wind up going with us and be spared the tribulations that are promised to follow post-rapture.

Should our beneficiaries become saved prior to the Rapture, this will provides for alternate beneficiaries.  And, should the alternates receive Christ and eternal salvation of their souls prior to the Rapture, our Rapture Wills empower our executor(s) to sell our estates and use the proceeds to benefit animal protection organizations to care for all the pets that will suddenly be without their people to care for and protect them.

The Rapture Will is to come into play only should this long-ago prophesied event occur while the one who has written it (the testator, in legal terms) is still living and is swept up with the collective body of believers in the Rapture.  We have placed a sample rapture will on this site as a free template for your use.  Our only caution is that you check with an estate attorney in your state to ensure that your Rapture Will follows your state's requirements for witnesses, notary, and other pertinent legal details.

My hope is that this Rapture Will gets people talking with their loved ones, both believers and non-believers, to prepare more people for this glorious, global event.

"...know this first of all, that in the last days mockers will come with their mocking, following after their own desires... ." Read 2 Peter 3:1-18

Considering the Skeptics of this Will and its Purpose ...

While you are pondering this Rapture Will and perhaps discussing the veracity of the Rapture event with family or friends, consider, please, the questions of...

“What if you are wrong, and God’s Word and His believers who follow His Word are correct? Isn’t the destiny of your eternal soul worth taking a chance on God, the creator of your soul?”
