Note from the author:
After several months of interviewing my companies' attorneys and their referred peers, I have emerged stunned and amazed to learn that while all six of them are professing Christians, none had a clue about the Rapture. They had never heard of it. May God enlighten their pastors who are failing them.
My lead attorney has adivsed that I advise all who are interested in their own Rapture Wills discuss my attached template with their lawyer to explore the strength of its standing in their state civil court systems. But...
What the legal-minded are failing to understand is that our fervent prayer is that this Will never comes into play for any of our named beneficiaries. We have developed the Rapture Will as a shocking witnessing tool for our unsaved loved ones, trusting that God will move on their hearts when they see what all we are willing to leave them after the Rapture. All of our wordily possessions will be theirs if they choose to be left behind. We are thankful to know that the scales have already begun falling from some of their eyes. Thank you, Lord!
This Will in no way conflicts with any legally recognized Last Will and Testament, as that instrument comes into play only after one's death. The thought that living, breathing people will actually vanish at one time, en masse, never to be found here again, is a foreign concept to the legal community. They don't know how to handle this. No worries! It's not theirs to handle. God's got this.
Our prayers go with you and your efforts to see your loved ones saved prior to that blessed event.
Go well and with His blessings,
Jim & Judy
